The Institute of Continuing Education Programme, Imo State University, Owerri offers
degree and diploma programmes.
The degree programmes are in the disciplines of Accountancy, banking and Finance,
Economics, management, Marketing, Nursing Administration, Government and Public
Administration and Mass Communication. But the diploma programmes are offered in
all the disciplines above with the exception of Nursing Administration and Law.
Each of the degree programmes is for duration of between 4 and 5 years with the
exception of Nursing Administration of which the duration is three years dues to
the possession of Higher Diploma equivalent certificate by the candidates.
